Mother of multitude
Abra originates in Hebrew language and means "mother of multitude". Most likely it is a feminine form of Abraham. It is the name of several places in Lebanon and the Philippines. Some sources suggest, though, that Abra might be of African origin and mean "born on Tuesday".
